Pistol Permit
Download the pistol permit form. Print the form, complete it, and mail it to the Rye Police Department along with your $10.00 application fee.
The Rye Police Department participates in the Project Child Safe program. Project ChildSafe is a nationwide program whose purpose is to promote safe firearms handling and storage practices among all firearms owners through the distribution of key safety education messages and free gun locks.
Vacant Residence
Leaving for the winter or going on vacation? Complete the Vacant Residence Form which will give the Rye Police Department valuable information in the event of an emergency at your residence while you are away.

Parking Ticket Appeal
You may appeal a parking ticket by completing the parking ticket appeal form. The appeal needs to be submitted within 5 days.
Alzheimer's/ Elderly Alert
The Rye Police Department collects information on individuals who have Alzheimer's, dementia, or other mental disorders. This information assists officers reunite those persons with their families if they wander or otherwise become lost. Complete the Elderly Alert Form, include a photo, and return the information to Officer Mark Webster at the Rye Police Department.
