Town Fees

New Town of Rye fees went into effect on June 1, 2019.  Please click here for the list of updated town fees.  Please note that some of those fees to increase were parking fines.  The new fee for "No Parking" zones is $50.00 with a $15.00 penalty assessment if not paid within 5 days and violations of resident only permit parking fines are now $100.00 with a $25.00 penalty assessment if not paid within 5 days.  As a reminder, the parking ordinance is in effect from May 1 through October 1.  Chief Walsh would also like the public to be aware that the open container fee is now $124.00.  Please remember that alcohol is never permitted on beaches in Rye.  Thank you for your anticipated cooperation and have a safe and happy summer!
