Beach Permit Approval Conditions:

• Lessons may be held between 9 am and 8 pm
• Lessons shall be limited to 1 to 4 lessons at any one time, with a maximum of 3 to 4 people including the instructor
• Applicant/principal shall provide a report , by July 15th to the Police Chief, showing the number of lessons given with the number of participants
