Reckless Conduct Arrest

On September 13, 2018 at 9:38 PM, Rye Police Officers were dispatched to the area of Birchwood Dr, Rye, NH for a report of a domestic dispute.  The caller reported that during the incident, a round was discharged from a pistol.  There were no injuries as a result of pistol being discharged.  Through the investigation, the following subject was arrested and charged:

Ronald Hordon, Age 49

Rye, NH 03870

Charges:

Reckless Conduct

Criminal Threatening

Domestic Violence

Hordon was released on $5000 Personal Recognizance bail and has a court date of September 21, 2018 at 8:30 AM at the Rockingham County Superior Court.  This is an ongoing investigation and anyone with information regarding this case is asked to contact the Rye Police Department at 603-964-5522 or make an anonymous tip through Seacoast Crime Stoppers at 603-431-1199.
