Hit and Run vs Dog

On 12/18/17 at approximately 0955 hrs, Rye Police responded to 474 Sagamore Rd for a hit and run involving a dog. Witnesses on scene said the vehicle was a smaller, dark colored pickup truck, most likely a Toyota Tacoma. The vehicle stopped initially after hitting the dog and then sped off down Sagamore Rd, outbound towards Portsmouth.
